Excellent service. Hotel has a good location, near banks, restaurants and cafes. Beds very confortable , hotel very clean. Remodeled and very modern. Rooms comfortable and clean. Family oriented hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff who made me feel very welcome during my stay. The location is fantastic and is within walking distance to most attractions in Cali. The River Boulevard is very lively and safe at night, with lots of people walking around. The rooftop jacuzzi was a great way to escape the heat in Cali. Free coffee all day. Great value.

The location is in Centro and is central to everything. Taking a stroll or run along the river is very convenient. The breakfast is the best. The wi-if is reliable and fast. The terrace is also very good for social enjoyment on the weekends.

Outstanding quality. I didn't expect so much before I checked in here, but when I entered to my room, it was so great. Suitable size for solo traveler, comfortable bed and nice balcony view as well. Room is located beside of Boulevard, and I was stayed in the period of the Festival of Lights, so until 10~11pm it was quite noisy but bearable. When all crowds were gone, I could enjoy tranquility of night street and night view of mountain. Wifi was very stable, temperature was good. Bathroom was also good, basic amenity is equipped, but there was no hairdryer (You can ask to rent it from reception desk). Well.. I don't have any complaints for this hotel and room. I enjoyed enough.

I liked how it was walkable to ever museum and any tourist attraction. assuming that a tourist attraction could’ve been further, it would be less than a 10 minute taxi drive. the lounges were a plus and same with the dining haul as we were able to have meals there in case we didn’t want to leave. the sauna and jacuzzis are a nice touch to the hotel.

Nice and comfortable place. Location is wonderful along the Boulevard del Rio, filled with shops and restaurants, and a short walk to much more. The rooftop setup is a nice amenity.

Very enjoyable stay in this relaxed and pleasant hotel, wonderfully situated right on the Boulevard del Rio Cali with its lively atmosphere and numerous food and drink outlets. The room was comfortable and the staff were always friendly helpful and efficient. There is a lovely roof terrace bar with music for drinks in the evening.

Location is a total win to visit San Antonio, Peñón and enjoy the pedestrian walk close to the Cali River. Service and support was really good

Outstanding! And the staff was extremely helpful - unexpectedly, my boyfriend got sick while his stay in Cali and the staff was the best help I could have asked for! Overall, it is an extremely great hotel - clean and lovely facilities and affordable - highly recommended 👌
